Laboratory Analyst
Graduate of B.S. Chemistry, B.S. Applied Science, or its equivalent.
Must be Registered Chemist and / or Chemical Technician.
Possess Analytical, Documentation and Reporting skills.
Knowledgeable in Good Laboratory Practices.
With strong interpersonal skills including the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.
Preferably with at least six (6) months' work experience in a laboratory or related field.
Outstanding planning and organizational skills.
Food Safety Quality and Research Head
Must be a Registered Chemist.
Preferably with 3 to 5 years supervisory experience on related field.
Experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)/Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) gap analysis and risk-based thinking.
Experience in ISO 17025:2005 implementation.
Positive attitude to support company policies and must be able to create and maintain a high-morale environment.
Excellent leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict.
In-depth understanding of the entire industry and company best practices.
Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
Exceptional time management and organization skills.
Knowledgeable in good laboratory practices.
Advance knowledge on MS Office platforms such as MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and others.
Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening

Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis.
