Laboratory Analyst

  • Graduate of B.S. Chemistry, B.S. Applied Science, or its equivalent.

  • Must be Registered Chemist and / or Chemical Technician.

  • Possess Analytical, Documentation and Reporting skills.

  • Knowledgeable in Good Laboratory Practices.

  • With strong interpersonal skills including the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.

  • Preferably with at least six (6) months' work experience in a laboratory or related field.

  • Outstanding planning and organizational skills.

Food Safety Quality and Research Head

  • Must be a Registered Chemist.

  • Preferably with 3 to 5 years supervisory experience on related field.

  • Experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)/Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) gap analysis and risk-based thinking.

  • Experience in ISO 17025:2005 implementation.

  • Positive attitude to support company policies and must be able to create and maintain a high-morale environment.

  • Excellent leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict.

  • In-depth understanding of the entire industry and company best practices.

  • Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills.

  • Knowledgeable in good laboratory practices.

  • Advance knowledge on MS Office platforms such as MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and others.

  • Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening

  • With growth mindset.

  • Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis.

  • Good scientific and technical background.
