Oversea efficient repair and timely preventive maintenance to ensure all farm machinery, equipment and vehicles are in good working condition.

• Graduate of Agricultural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in an Agricultural Company

• Has knowledge in farm machinery and equipment

• Knowledge in inventory systems

• Skill in Autocad is a plus

• Computer literate

• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational and customer service skills

• Detail oriented and good time management skills

Mechanic

This person will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of vehicles, and farm machinery and equipment.

• High School Graduate or with Automotive Technology NCII

• With At least 2 years working experience as Mechanic

• With in depth knowledge in vehicles, farm equipment and mechanical system

• With Driver's License restriction (1,2,3)

• Good Working attitude and can work with minimal supervision.

Land Development Officer

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering

• Preferably with license

• Knowledgeable in Farm machineries and equipments

• Knowledge in QGIS, Autocad and land surveying

• With driver's license

• Willing to be assigned at Banga, South Cotabato

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Survey & Mapping – Land Survey (GPS, Drone), Mapping (QGIS, AutoCAD)

• Area Validation

  • Crop Suitability – Soil Type, Climate, Water Source

  • Suitability to Farm Mechanization – Topo Survey, FMR Assessment

Farm Equipment and Maintenance Supervisor

Ensure all farm machineries and equipment are in good condition thru timely preventive maintenance and efficient repairs

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering / Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering course

• If applicable, with Agricultural Machinery Operation NCI II, Rice Machinery Operation NCII

• Skilled with any CAD applications

• Knowledgeable in Farm equipment, machineries, and farming operations

• Good analytic, communication, time management and leadership skills.

Technical Coach

• College graduate of BS Agriculture Major in Agronomy or any related courses or disciplines

• Knowledgeable in Napier production and its morphology

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in actual field works activities

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT ).

• Know to drive motorcycles and have driver's license

Automotive Painter/ Fabricator

• At least High school, graduate or with Vocational Course.

• Has experience in car repainting and welding works.

• Excellent in paint mixing, blending and coating.

• Good communication skills.

• Hard working.

Logistics In Charge Associate

• Graduate of any Bachelor course.

• Has a background or familiarity in Farm Tractors and Machineries.

• Good time management skills.

• Detail oriented.

• Efficient MS Word and Excel file.

• Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT and Word)

• Willing to be assigned at Maasim, Sarangani Province.

Custodian

• At least one (1) year work experience as warehouse checker (inward and outward transactions).

• Knowledge in warehousing and logistics.

• Knowledge in equipment maintenance.

• Good in Analytical, Critical Thinking, Adaptability/Flexibility.

• Excellent time management and organization skills

• With working experience in operating any farm machineries (tractors, transplanter, harvester, and rotors)

• Willing to be trained and operate any farm machineries.
